<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method for a foaming resin composition, which makes the foaming resin composition foam-molded in such a manner that the molding temperature of a molding machine is as high as/higher than a temperature enabling the molding of the foaming resin composition and as high as/lower than the melting point of a metal deactivator, in the foam molding of the foaming resin composition constituted by adding the metal deactivator as a nucleating agent to a thermally meltable and moldable resin using a polyolefin resin, such as an ethylene-propylene copolymer-based resin, as a base resin, a foamed coaxial cable, and a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: This molding method is used for foam-molding the foaming resin composition. In the foaming resin composition, the triazole-based metal deactivator such as 3-(N-salicyloyl)amino-1,2,4-triazole is added as the nucleating agent to the polyolefin resin, in which fracture tension in melting is 5.0 g or more (190°C) and in which MFR is 1.0 g/10 min (190°C and 2.16 Kgf) or more, for example, the thermally meltable and moldable resin such as the ethylene-propylene copolymer-based resin. The foaming resin composition is foam-molded in a state in which the molding temperature of the molding machine is as high as/higher than the temperature enabling the molding of the foaming resin composition, and as high as/lower than the melting point of the metal deactivator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
