<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method of organic solvent-containing air capable of corresponding to a sudden change in the concentration of an organic solvent in air to be treated, that is, capable of preventing an increase in the content of the organic solvent in purified air (air discharged to the atmosphere after treatment) even if the concentration of the organic solvent is suddenly changed. <P>SOLUTION: In the treatment method of organic solvent-containing air for simultaneously performing an adsorbing and removing process, a regeneration process and a combustion process, the air subjected to adsorption treatment obtained in the adsorbing and removing process is mixed with the exhaust gas from a combustion furnace produced in the combustion process to obtain mixed air.
