TASK SUPPORT SYSTEM AND PROGRAM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a task support system for supporting a task by easily sharing acquired valid information with at least a department which seems highly likely to need it.

SOLUTION: When receiving data showing a production step and site from terminal equipment 6 as a retrieval key, an application server 3 makes a DB server 4 perform retrieval based on the retrieval key by using a quality knowledge DB managed by the DB server 4 as an object, and extract a production step for dealing with the site in any step other than the production step. A department in charge of a phase on the production step is extracted by making the DB server 4 perform retrieval based on the retrieval key input afterwards. The extracted department is presented through the terminal equipment 6 to a user.
