PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stencil printer capable of obtaining good printed matter while consumption of a mask and ink is reduced without increase in cost. SOLUTION: In a stencil printer 1 equipped with a plate cylinder 8 having an opening part 8b; a process means 3 for processing/conveying/cutting the master 61; a pushing component 10; a control means 2b; and a switching means 121 for switching a process printing mode to any one of a first process printing mode or a second process printing mode, the control means 26 makes the master 61 of a length covering all the opening part 8b to be wound on the plate cylinder 8. When the second process printing mode is selected, the master 61 of any length being shorter than the opening part 8b and a contact range on the plate cylinder 8 of the pushing component 10 is controlled according to the length of the master 61 to constitute the stencil printer.
