PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for producing a double-sided molding film which make it possible to arrange the optical elements of the double-sided molding film accurately. SOLUTION: The method for producing the double-sided molding film 30 in which the optical elements 31 and 33 are arranged on both surfaces of a base film 32 to be a foundation includes the first optical element molding process in which the first optical element is molded on one surface of the base film by the first molding roll 11 with a non-ionizing radiation curing resin 31a is supplied on the surface, the second optical element molding process in which in a process after the first optical element molding process, by the second molding roll 12 with a non-ionizing radiation curing resin 33a is supplied on the surface, the second optical element is molded on the other surface of the base film, and a non-ionizing radiation-irradiation process in which a range including a part with the base film contacted with the first and the second molding rolls and covering the entire width of the base film is irradiated with non-ionizing radiation.
