PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a postcard making sheet which allows its single side to be printed and can inhibit its illegal opening. SOLUTION: This postcard making sheet 10 is composed of a base sheet 11, a transparent film 12, a transparent adhesive layer 13 and a release sheet 20 laminated in that order. The base sheet 11 has perforations 14 for doubling formed with the release sheet 20 side located inside. The release sheet 20 has a slit 23, for removing half a space, which can remove one 21 of the regions and also a slit 24, for removing a peripheral edge part, which can partially remove the release sheet 20 on the peripheral edge of a second region 22. Further, the base sheet 11 has a slit 17, for opening the postcard, which is located inside of the region surrounded by the slit 24 for removing the peripheral edge when doubled, and can release a part of the base sheet 11 from the transparent film 12. Besides, the base sheet 11, the transparent film 12 and the adhesive layer 13 have a window forming slit 16 superposed over each other in an integrally separable manner from a first region 15.
