PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an aluminum plate, which prevents flaw due to stacking of aluminum plates and improves the effect of correcting distortion. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing an aluminum plate 11 includes processes of: dissolving aluminum alloy to make an ingot; making homogenizing heat treatment for the ingot and conducting at least hot rolling to make an aluminum plate 11; cutting the aluminum plate 11; stacking cut aluminum plates 11; and conducting annealing for the stacked aluminum plates 11, wherein in the process of stacking the cut aluminum plates 11, a soft aluminum sheet 12 which is thinner and softer than the aluminum plate 11 is interposed between the aluminum plates 11.
