PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive torque wrench, stably tightening SMA connector or the like at a regulated torque value. SOLUTION: The torque wrench 1 includes: a holding part 2 holding a fastening member 13 between the respective inside surfaces of a pair of plate-like members opposite to each other; an elastic deforming part 3 connected to the holding part 2, elastically deformed when torque above a predetermined magnitude is applied thereto, and disabling the holding part 2 from holding the fastening member 13; and a grip part 4 connected to the elastic deforming part 3. The elastic deforming part 3 is provided with a cutout part 3a in a position away from the holding part 2 by a predetermined distance, and the shape of the cutout part 3a is changed to adjust the extent of elastic deformation of the elastic deforming part 3. The elastic deforming part 23 may be formed of a pair of plate-like members opposite to each other, so that the paired plate-like members are changed in length L3 to adjust the extent of elastic deformation.
