PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a whole of an apparatus compact by miniaturization of a drive apparatus by reducing an installation area of a stirring apparatus and reducing a torque for rotation a stirring impeller of a quick speed stirring part and a slow speed stirring part in the stirring apparatus for treating raw water. SOLUTION: A tank body 2 having one closed end side of a cylinder body and the other opened end side is arranged along a vertical direction, and a hollow cylinder body 3 is inserted/arranged in the tank body so as to be approximately concentric. An outer space part and an inner space part at the inside of the tank body partitioned by the hollow cylinder body are communicated with each other at a lower part of the tank body, and the stirring apparatuses 6, 7 rotating an axis of the tank body as a center are arranged in the outer space part and the inner space part respectively. The drive apparatus 8 for rotating/driving the stirring apparatus is arranged at an upper part of the tank body, a pipe for feeding raw water is arranged in the inner space part, and a pipe for discharging treatment water is arranged in the outer space part. Thereby, in the stirring apparatus 1, the inner space part is made to the quick speed stirring part 5 and the outer space part is made to the slow speed stirring part 4. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
