PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bending section of an endoscope easily constituting a bending tube by few man-hour. SOLUTION: The bending section 24 of the endoscope includes the bending tube 52 where a plurality of cylindrical joint rings 56 are arrayed along the axial direction of an insertion tube. An outer jacket 54 for coating the bending tube 52 is arranged in the outer circumference of the bending tube 52. Each joint ring 56 includes: a pair of first projected connection parts 64 extended from one end of the joint ring 56 in a state to substantially face each other in the axial direction of the insertion tube; and a pair of second recessed connection parts 66 arranged at the other end of the joint ring 56 in a state to substantially face each other in the axial direction of the insertion tube and combined with the first connection parts 64 of the adjacent joint ring 56 having the first connection parts 64, which have the same constitution as the first connection parts 64, so as to support the turning of the first connection parts 64 of the adjacent joint ring 56.
