A droplet discharging head, an image forming apparatus, and a film forming apparatus are provided to improve the uniformity of a piezoelectric element and the discharging accuracy of fluid. A droplet discharging head(1) includes a vibration plate(10), a fixing plate(11), a piezoelectric element(12), a fluid path substrate(13), and a nozzle plate(14). A contacting point of the vibration plate to the piezoelectric element is separated like an island shape. The fixing plate supports the piezoelectric element fixed thereto. The piezoelectric element displaces according to a driving signal supplied through a print substrate(15), delivers the displacement to the vibration plate, and includes first and second electrodes(18,19), and a piezoelectric layer(24). The piezoelectric layer is interposed between the first and second electrodes. The fluid substrate supplies fluid to be discharged from a nozzle hole of the droplet discharging head. The nozzle plate has a plurality of the nozzle holes and is adhered to the fluid substrate. The nozzle holes are arranged orthogonally to a ground.
