摘要

A mascara cosmetic composition is provided to secure convenience of use, excellent make-up and lasting property, be easy to uniform make-up and provide volume and curling function by comprising a film-forming polymer and alkyl dimethicone. A mascara cosmetic composition comprises 0.1-35 wt.% of a film-forming agent selected from the group consisting of acrylate copolymer, polyvinylalcohol, and alkyl acrylate copolymer emulsion, a volatile silicone oil and 1.0-30 wt.% of alkyl dimethicone or alkyl methicone.
