A run-flat pneumatic tire with a continuous supporting bar is provided to improve travel stability by modifying the structure of the continuous supporting bar and enlarging the tread surface of the run-flat tire during traveling. A continuous supporting bar(200) includes two annular contact members(210) and an elastic ring(220). The inner periphery of a bead(110) is elastically supported by the continuous supporting bar in mounting a tire(100) in a rim. The support surface of the contact member is contacted to the inner circumference of the bead, and the elastic ring is inserted to the inner circumference of the contact member. Insertion parts(221) are bent outward, and a corrugated support part(222) with three ridges is formed between the insertion parts of the elastic ring. The flat tire is supported by the corrugated support part of the elastic ring to keep balance.
