A semiconductor device includes: a semiconductor substrate (10) including an active element formation face (10a) on which an active element is formed, and a rear face (10b) that is on a side opposite to the active element formation face (10a); a penetration electrode (9) penetrating the semiconductor substrate (10); an element electrode (11) formed on or above the active element formation face (10a); detection electrodes (12,46,47,48) formed on or above the rear face (10b), electrically connected to the element electrode (11) via the penetration electrode (9), and detecting a remaining amount of the ink by being wet in the ink; a storage circuit (4) storing the remaining amount of ink; an antenna (3) formed on either one of the active element formation face (10a) and the rear face (10b), transmitting and receiving information; and a control circuit (5) controlling the detection electrodes (12,46,47,48), the antenna (3), and the storage circuit (4). An ink cartridge including said semiconductor device; and an electronic device comprising said ink cartridge and an antenna.
