PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer polyester film having good forming property, heat resistance, solvent resistance, dimensional stability handling property and the like. SOLUTION: The multi-layer polyester film prepared by a co-extrusion process having at least three layers comprises a laminated structure consisting of a polyester layer A having oriented structure to one axis or more and a polyester layer B having substantially non-crystalline structure, wherein both outer layers are composed of the polyester layer A, and a ratio (a/b) of a total thickness (a) of the polyester layer A to a total thickness (b) of the polyester layer B is from 0.01 to 3. |
