An illuminating apparatus attached to a door scuff for a vehicle is provided to identify things from each other and to prevent glaringness by irradiating dim light to the door scuff. An illuminating apparatus includes a main body(10), an illuminating member(20), a decoration plate(30), a coating film(40), and a fixing panel(50). The main body is attached to a door scuff and includes a combination groove having at least one or more combination holes. The illuminating member is installed at an upper part of the main body. The decoration plate is installed at an upper part of the illuminating member in order to form various emblems and patterns of the lighting. The coating film is installed at an upper part of the decoration plate. The fixing panel includes at least one or more combination protrusions corresponding to the combination holes. The fixing panel is installed at the outside of the decoration plate. The illuminating member and the decoration plate are fixed to the main body.
