PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle electronic equipment circuit module having a box body structure which enables wiring connection by a connector and certainly protects a required part from bedewing and intrusion of dusts without using a seal member. SOLUTION: In the on-vehicle electronic equipment circuit module 1, the box body 5 is divided to a first body 2 and a second body 3, distal end surfaces of protection division walls 23, 2a, 2b projected/formed from an inner surface of a ceiling surface part 2c toward a first main surface of a substrate 4S are directly closely pressure-contacted with the first main surface while supporting the substrate 4S from a second main surface side by a bottom part side support part 33 on the second body 3 side, and the first body 2 and the second body 3 are bonded/retained in that state.
