PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable game balls to be guided stably from the rear to front of a game board while securing a wider playing area in a pinball game machine which has a part of a game ball guide part built on the rear side of the game board to guide the game balls from the shootor to the upper part of the playing area. SOLUTION: The game ball guide part 10 is constituted of a first guide part 10a for guiding the game balls from the shootor 160 upward and a second guide part 10b for guiding them to the center of the playing area 1a and the first guide part 10a is disposed on the rear side of the game board 1. A serpentine guide part 43 for guiding the game balls to the front side of the game board 1 is formed in the second guide part 10b so that the game balls move stably being kept in contact with the outer wall of the second guide part 10b. Furthermore, the first guide part 10a is disposed on the rear side of the game board 1 to guide the game balls to the front side of the game board 1 with the second guide part 10b and the portion, sticking out to the front of the game board 1, of the game ball guide part 10 is made upward as much as possible, thereby securing a wider playing area 1a.
