PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical X-ray diagnostic instrument, which has a patient table composed of a plate so that a space under the patient table could be available for better working efficiency, relieves the patient's concerns about the instrument, and minimizes a distance between the surface of a detector and the patient so as to maximize an image magnification ratio. SOLUTION: The medical X-ray diagnostic instrument includes a flat-panel type X-ray sensor contained in the patient's table, and a moving means to freely move the X-ray sensor in a longitudinal and lateral direction within the plate in the patient table.
