PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily direct new hair styles without the need of separately using two or more pairs of scissors by executing a series of cutting from hair amount adjustment to a finish process by a single pair of scissors when cutting the hair. SOLUTION: According to the thinning scissors 1, a pair of scissor members 2 and 3 are crossed, the crossing parts 5 are connected by a pivot 6, one scissor member 2 is provided with a cutting blade part 22, and the other scissor member 3 is provided with a comb blade part 32 where narrow tooth parts 34 and a grooves 35 are alternately provided. Then, to a part more on the end side from the comb tooth part 32 of the other scissor member 3, a cutting blade part 22 set to an appropriate length is provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
