Disclosed is a fluorine-containing polymer having: (A) a repeating unit derived from a fluorine-containing monomer which is represented by the following formula: <?in-line-formulae description="In-line Formulae" end="lead"?>CH<SUB>2</SUB>-C(-X)-C(-O)-Y-[-(CH<SUB>2</SUB>)<SUB>m</SUB>-Z-]<SUB>p</SUB>-(CH<SUB>2</SUB>)<SUB>n</SUB>-Rf (I) <?in-line-formulae description="In-line Formulae" end="tail"?> (B) a repeating unit derived from a monomer containing no fluorine atom, and if necessary (C) a repeating unit derived from a crosslinkable monomer. This fluorine containing polymer has excellent water repellency, oil repellency and antifouling property.
