The unit has a thin multi-layered and mutually complementary material and functional modules made of fiber-reinforced concrete with alkali-resistant fiberglass. A fiber sheath is covered with a matrix of cement, and is provided with a plastic base compound, two-component synthetic resin and bituminous compound. A bifilarly woven heating grid is applied as a heating medium in a low voltage and 220 voltage range such that the grid is suitable for reinforcement. An isolation compound is placed at a bottom region, which faces the floor and is immediately below a heating module (1).
