<p>The method involves determining whether a target memory has an error. The target memory is deleted if the target memory has the error. Contents of an output memory are written to the target memory if a selection memory indicates to the output memory that the target memory is not written. The selection memory assigned to the output memory is modified if the target memory is correctly written. The output memory is deleted if the selection memory indicates to the output memory that the target memory is correctly written. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for writing to a target memory of a memory (2) a program with a program code for writing to a target memory of a memory.</p>
