<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly determine whether an image to be expressed by inputted image data is out of focus or not. <P>SOLUTION: The image determination device for determining whether the image to be expressed by the inputted image data is out of focus or not includes: an evaluation value calculating part for calculating a prescribed evaluation value, based on an orthonormal transform coefficient which is acquired from the input image data encrypted on the basis of orthonormal transform; and a determining part for determining whether the image to be expressed by the inputted image data is the defocused image or not, based on the calculated evaluation value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
