<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real information synchronizing system capable of accurately synchronizing the information stored in a storage means such as an RFID tag attached to a moving carrier with information at a management device side, for example, at low price. <P>SOLUTION: A moving carrier comprises a radio communication terminal including a first information storage means with a near-end radio function and a second information storage means, different from the first information storage means, with a radio communication function for a longer distance than the near-end radio function.
