METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR EXECUTING APPLICATION AUTOMATICALLY ACCORDING TO APPROACH OF WIRELESS DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for enabling a wireless device to utilize home network resources through an intuitive interaction of a user who is not an expert in wireless network technologies.

SOLUTION: Information for executing an application is received from a device when accessing of the device is sensed, and the application is executed based on the received information. Accordingly, when a user merely brings a wireless guest device near to or in contact with an access point or a wired home device, it is possible to allow the wireless guest device to automatically set an optimum security environment for a wireless network and simultaneously execute an application that the user desires.
