<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deburring tool capable of detecting any abnormality such as breakage of the tool. <P>SOLUTION: The deburring tool 30 comprises a tool case 31, a tool case position detection means 32 for detecting that the tool case 31 reaches the advancing limit position, a piston 42 movably stored in the tool case 31, a pushing means 44 for pushing the piston 42 to a work, a spindle 12 provided on a fore end of the piston 42, a piston position detection mechanism 56 for detecting the position of the piston 42 by allowing air to pass when the piston 42 is at the retracted communication position from the pushed advancement position, and an abnormality determination unit 61 for determining the abnormality when any one of the piston position detected by the piston position detection mechanism 56 and the tool case position detected by the tool case position detection means 32 is abnormal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
