PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor that can be reassembled easily, after disassembling. SOLUTION: The motor 1 is disassembled, when it is found that flaws related to assembly precision occur in manufacture in an inspection stage, while a casing 22 is connected to a lid section 31 by welding via a first welding piece 33a in the assembly of the motor. In this case, the first welding piece 33a is cut, the casing 22 is separated from the lid section 31, and a rotor 13 is pulled out of the edge of a hollow section S. The motor 1 is readjusted, while a reusable component is utilized effectively, and the rotor 13 is loaded from the edge of the hollow section S.
