PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high safety power supply unit by making it possible to detect the abnormal loss power of a power circuit in an abnormality detection circuit of power supply, and to provide a power supply system, and an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: A subtractor 15(15a, 15b) outputs the output difference of an input current detection circuit 5(5a, 5b) and an output current detection circuit 11(11a, 11b), and a comparator 16(16a, 16b) compares the output from the subtractor 15 with the output from a reference voltage source 14(14a, 14b), and operates a stop circuit 18(18a, 18b) by the comparison result so that the abnormal loss power of a power circuit can be detected.
