摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate such a waste as a force used for operating a flux short circuit mechanism of a permanent magnet is useless for other uses, and to short-circuit the flux of the permanent magnet in an arbitrary operating state regardless of the number of revolutions of a rotor. SOLUTION: A first rotor 1 coupled integrally with a rotor rotating shaft 10 generates first rotor torque in relation with a first stator 5, and outputs the first rotor torque to the rotor rotating shaft 10. A second rotor 2 is fixed to the rotor rotating shaft 10 through cam mechanisms 15, 16, or the like. The second rotor 2 generates second rotor torque in relation with a second stator 6, and outputs the second rotor torque to the rotor rotating shaft of through a cam mechanism. When an induction voltage is reduced, the cam mechanism is operated by increasing the second rotor torque and an axial direction movable member 16 of the cam mechanism is moved toward the first rotor 1. A magnetic body 4 is fixed to the axial direction movable member 16 and the magnetic body 4 abuts against a plurality of permanent magnets 3 and 3 provided on the first rotor 1.
