PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm whether or not the decryption is performed correctly with small processing power in a little time. SOLUTION: When encryption processing is started, a previously set decryption authentication code is added to the original data 30 and encrypted. Furthermore, an encryption header 41 is added to the encrypted data 42 and stored as a stored data 34 in a memory card. The encryption header 41 is the information which indicates the cryptographic algorithm used.
