PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CDCSS decoding processing apparatus 10 which is equipped with a radio communication apparatus and improves an accuracy of a CDCSS code conformity judgement. SOLUTION: A CDCSS bit judge 18 generates a CDCSS judging data which has judged that detection signal components are "1" and "0" for extracting an input CDCSS. A VI judge 19 sets an invalid level range of an intermediate of "1" and "0" with regard to the level of the detection signal components for extracting the CDCSS, and generates a VI judging data that the detection signal components for extracting the CDCSS have judged that the bit is invalid "1" for a bit term in the invalid level range. A CDCSS code judge 20 calculates the exclusive logical sum of the CDCSS judging data and a CDCSS reference data, then, calculates the exclusive logical sum and the VI judging data, furthermore, counts the number of "1" (error bit) in the logical sum, and judges that it is the CDCSS code conformity only in the case that the counted value is below a prescribed threshold value.
