PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone with a built-in IC card functions, in which communication success rate on a surface in which an antenna coil is not built in is high. SOLUTION: The cellular phone with built-in IC card functions incorporates an antenna coil 2 other than an antenna for communicating with a base station. Since a correcting resonance circuit composed of a correcting coil 5 and a tuning capacitor 6 is built in the surface in which the antenna coil 2 is not built, the communication success rate on the surface in which the antenna coil is not built can be improved.
