PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure and a manufacturing method of a micro-heater, whereby a problem of how to cope with a time limit of delivery and a manufacturing cost can be avoided, since sufficient connection strength and excellent electrical connectivity between a heating wire and a non-heating wire are maintained, disconnection and deterioration of insulation in the connected part can be prevented, and the lengths of a heat generating part and a non-heat-generating part can be flexibly set, in the micro-heater in which the heating wire is connected to the non-heating wire. SOLUTION: A cylindrical metal connector 2 in which the heating wire 15 of a heat generating part 11 and the non-heating wire 16 of a non-heat-generating part 12 are inserted is provided, a connecting sleeve 3 externally mounted between both ends 13b, 14b of a metal sheath is provided, a heat resistant insulating material 4 is interposed between the connector 2 and the connecting sleeve 3, and the connecting sleeve 3 is pressurized and deformed inward in its diameter direction. Thereby, the heat resistant insulating material 4 is compressed, the connector 2 is pressurized inward in the diameter direction through the heat resistant insulating material 4 at the same time, and both are crimped to the inserted heating wire 15 and the non-heating wire 16 respectively.
