PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine containing pyrazolopyrimidine compound having SK channel-blocking activities as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition contains a compound represented by general formula [I] [wherein, A is a group represented by formula (a) or (b); R<SP>11</SP>and R<SP>12</SP>are each hydrogen, an alkyl or the like, or form a nitrogen-containing heterocycle by bonding to each other; R<SP>13</SP>and R<SP>14</SP>are each hydrogen, an alkyl, a hydroxyalkyl or the like; Q is an alkylene; R<SP>2</SP>is a group represented by formula [II]; R<SP>30</SP>is a halogen; R<SP>31</SP>is a halogen-substituted alkyl or the like; R<SP>32</SP>, R<SP>33</SP>, R<SP>34</SP>and R<SP>35</SP>are each an alkyl, an alkoxy or the like; R<SP>36</SP>, R<SP>37</SP>and R<SP>38</SP>are each an alkyl, an alkoxy or the like; n is 0 or 1 (with the proviso that when A is a group represented by formula (a); R<SP>32</SP>, R<SP>33</SP>and R<SP>34</SP>are not an alkyl or an alkoxy)], or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient.
