Modular pedestal and suspended signs

A modular pedestal sign or suspended sign is formed as a hollow border defined by upper, lower and opposite side hollow members collectively setting-off an inboard signage area. The upper and lower hollow members are preferably each formed by hollow bodies which are snap-secured together and each also defines a pair of projecting legs which are in telescopic relationship to the hollow side members. A polymeric/copolymeric synthetic thermoplastic foam material is in situ molded in intimate relationship to interior surfaces of the border to rigidify the assembled components, though snap fasteners may be utilized.
