(Meth)acrylate-grafted polyester compositions comprise by weight A at 5-80%, B at 5-80% and AB at 10-80% where A is a copolyester made by co-condensation of itaconic acid, B is a (meth)acrylate (co)polymer containing standard (meth)acrylates and AB is a graft copolymer. An independent claim is also included for production of graft copolymers AB by polymerizing in presence of an initiator and a polymer A a monomer giving a polymer B.
