A 3-dimensional moving image photographing device for photographing an approaching object is provided to change the position of a visual point by changing the refractive index or the installation angle of a transparent plate member, thereby photographing a moving image correspondent to the distance to the object without fatigue of eyes. A 3-dimensional moving image photographing device for photographing an approaching object(1) is composed of a probe(20) comprising an objective lens group(23), a relay lens group(21), and an eyepiece group(22) aligned continuously; a camera body(40) disposed in the rear side of the probe and composed of a magnification lens group(41) magnifying the image input through the probe, a camera lens group(42) detecting the image, and a CCD(Charge Coupled Device,43); and a transparent plate member(30) with a predetermined refractive index inclined at the predetermined angle for an optical axis of the camera lens group in a space where an incidence convergent point(O) of the camera lens group is formed. The transparent plate member periodically cuts off the part around the optical axis of the camera lens group.
