<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive frame with a simple structure for storing heating elements for an auxiliary electric heater in ventilating, heating or air-conditioning equipment of a vehicle, by in particular, limiting assembling operation to be performed for mutual assembling of heater components. <P>SOLUTION: In this frame 1, main faces 2, 2' which are constituted to have a hollow configuration and through which an air flow A introduced by the equipment passes, are mutually separated and held so as to provide storage spaces 12 for the heating elements 3 between the main faces 2, 2'.
