<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcasting receiver capable of quickly displaying an intraframe for zapping procesing without consuming power. <P>SOLUTION: Whenever a user uses a channel selection instructing part 8 to make an instruction to change channels and receives a program of a different channel, an intraframe detecting part 41 detects an intraframe of the program and stores the intraframe into a compressed intraframe memory 33 for each channel. At the same time, a control part 6 outputs the intraframe to a video expander 42 to expand the intraframe and outputs the intraframe to a display 10 through a video memory 5 to display the program if the intraframe of the selected channel is stored in the compressed intraframe memory 33 while the first intraframe of a program of the selected channel is output from a compressed video frame memory 34 to the video expander 42 just after the channel selection instructing part 8 changes the channels. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
