<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensitivity evaluation system and method, allowing acquisition of more useful information in time of decision making in marketing activity. <P>SOLUTION: Text information obtained via a network or the like is sequentially accumulated, and an adjective and an adverb showing sensitivity, and a combination of nouns related to them are extracted from the text information by use of a dictionary stored in a storage device. The adjective and the adverb having high appearance rates among the extracted adjectives and adverbs related to each the noun are set as indexes, sensitivity maps showing transitions of the appearance rates of the adjective and the adverb similar to the indexes are generated correspondingly to each the noun, and a sensitivity information mapping process for storing them into the storage device as a sensitivity map database is executed. When a retrieval keyword is inputted, the sensitivity map most similar to the sensitivity map created on the basis of the same term as the retrieved keyword is retrieved from the sensitivity map database, and a retrieval result thereof is output as a prediction result of evaluation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
