<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more properly deal with an environment, and to suppress the unexpected increase/decrease of the number of revolutions of an engine. <P>SOLUTION: A correction coefficient α is set on the basis of an atmospheric pressure Pa or a suction temperature Ta on which air density of an engine is reflected (S130), and when the engine is operated at an operation point corresponding to a request power Pe*, an estimated power Peest to be output from the engine is calculated by multiplying the correction coefficient α by a request power Pe* (S140), and the torque command Tm1* of a motor MG1 is set by using the calculated estimated power Peest (S150), and the engine is operated at the set operation point, and the motor MG1 is driven by the torque command Tm1*, and the engine and the motors MG1 and MG2 are controlled so that torque corresponding to the request torque Tr* can be output to a driving shaft.
