<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase chances for allotting game balls by a central decoration without increasing the number of parts or the number of assembly manhours, and at the same time, to increase the amusement by increasing the hope for the guidance to a so-called royal road route in every allotting chance. <P>SOLUTION: This central decoration 5 consists of an upper stage 30, a central stage 40 and a lower stage 50 in this order from the back side. In this case, the upper stage 30 has a mountain range-form upper surface shape for which gentle arcs having two valleys on the right and the left as a whole continue. The central stage 40 has a three continuous arc-like upper surface shape for which three valleys having sharp peaks continue. The lower stage 50 has a mountain range-form upper surface shape which is sharper than that of the upper stage 30.
