PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow continuous use of service during the use, and to reduce an execution frequency of authentication processing of a user, even when a terminal having a plurality of communication means changes the communication means during the service use, in a distributed system performing distributed authentication management. SOLUTION: An authentication information management device 5 registers authentication information of the user authenticated by each authentication device 4, and shares the authentication information. A session information management means 24 of a service provision device 2 manages session information including a session identifier of a session established between it and a terminal device 3. That is, the service provision device 2 individually manages the session established between it and the terminal device 3. The session information management means 24 continuously provides the service even when the communication means is changed during the service use, by approving the service provision to the terminal device 3 based on the individually managed session information.
