PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly identify a user who accesses. SOLUTION: A portable terminal apparatus for authentication comprises: a biological sensor 115 for detecting the biological data value of the user; a meteorologic sensor 112 for detecting meteorologic data in an atmosphere where the user is located; a threshold table 114 for presetting a biological data threshold to manage the physical condition of the user by each meteorologic condition and holding the threshold; a threshold reading means 111c for retrieving the biological data threshold, which is set for the meteorologic condition corresponding to the meteorologic data detected by the meteorologic sensor, and reading the threshold; a comparing means 111d for comparing the biological data threshold read by the threshold reading means with the biological data value detected by the biological sensor; and a control means 111a for transmitting identification information when the user is identified, based on the result of the comparing means.
