PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated capacitor capable of suppressing the generation of cracks therein. SOLUTION: The laminated capacitor C1 has a capacitor element 1. The capacitor element 1 has dielectric layers 10-14, and has first inner electrodes 20, 21 and second inner electrodes 30, 31 which are laminated alternately on the dielectric layers 10, 11, 12, 13, 14. The first inner electrodes 20, 21 are taken out respectively onto first outer surfaces 1a of the capacitor element 1, and the second inner electrodes 30, 31 are taken out respectively onto second outer surfaces 1b of the capacitor element 1. The first inner electrodes 20, 21 have first regions 24, 25 so formed that they face the first outer surfaces 1a, and have second regions 26, 27 connected respectively with the first regions 24, 25 whose widths are narrow in comparison with the ones of the first regions 24, 25. The second inner electrodes 30, 31 have third regions 34, 35 so formed that they face the second outer surfaces 1b, and have forth regions 36, 37 connected respectively with the third regions 34, 35 whose widths are narrow in comparison with the ones of the third regions 34, 35.
