PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor of a simple and small structure without air loss and capable of materializing noise reduction. SOLUTION: A part 17 positioned in an outer circumference side of an inlet part of an impeller 3 of a shroud wall 11 positioned on the outer circumference side of the impeller is provided with many small diameter holes 15, and insides of the small diameter holes 15 make spaces which are positioned on a wall surface of the shroud wall 1 and of which one end only is opened. Pressure field around the impeller rotating together with the impeller 3 is absorbed when the same passes through the small diameter holes 15. Consequently, peaks of the pressure field are reduced and noise reduction of the compressor is achieved. Since only the small diameter holes 15 are provided on a part of the shroud wall 11, the structure is simple and small. Also, since air flowing into the small diameter holes 15 does not flow to an outside, the efficient compressor without air loss can be materialized. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
