PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting metal piece, a bracket and a joint metal piece for building by which a cost for joint processing is reduced and convenience in the use in remodeling work is improved. SOLUTION: The joint metal piece 1 for building comprises; a connecting metal piece 2 having a fixed plate 21 fixed to a beam 6 and a pair of opposed side plates 22, 23 provided with connecting pin holes 231 and an engaged pin 25 at the upper end; a bracket 3 having a fixed plate 31 fixed to a column 5, a sleeve 321 for insertion of a connecting pin 4, and a pair of opposed side plates 32, 33 having an engaging part 322 formed in the upper part; and the connecting pin 4.
