PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large storage space which enables the putting in/out of articles to be easy. SOLUTION: The large storage space which enables the putting in/out of the articles to be easy is provided by forming the loft type warehouse type storage space with an entrance facing a living space room on the first floor. The living space room with a wide space on the first floor and a sound insulating space with an excellent sound insulating property are provided by forming the storage space, and the aseismatic performance of a building itself is improved.
