PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyarylene sulfide resin composition excellent in impact strength, high stiffness and moldability and processability and electrical properties and suitable for coating without carrying out pretreatment, particularly when applying the composition. SOLUTION: The polyarylene sulfide resin composition is obtained by formulating (A) 30-70 wt.% polyarylene sulfide resin with (B) 1.0-10 wt.% modified olefin polymer and (C) 1.0-15 wt.% unmodified olefin polymer, wherein the weight ratio of the component (B)/the component (C) is 0.1-1.9, (D) 20-60 wt.% inorganic fiber and (E) 0.01-6.0 wt.% epoxy resin, with the proviso that whole composition is defined as 100 wt.%.
